  This is to thank you for doing such a wonderful job on our rec-room. You turned a dark, gloomy area into a bright and pleasant space.
  You were the only one to come up with a usable design that worked- taking advantage of existing windows to make the most of the limited light. You made sure that the plumbing, wiring, pipes and other inner workings were in good order before they were covered up and done in an attractive way I would have never thought of.
  You led me through the whole process with knowledge, imagination, thoroughness and patience. I always knew each day what would be happening and something usually was.
  I'm talking about it to all of my friends. The reaction when they see it is one of disbelief. They comment that it is a "very professional job".
  Thanks again for helping me create such a terrific living space!
