  Yesterday I posted this review because I was asked to by Alan (if I did, I would get a $10. discount). I posted before they had even started the work (4 new tires). After posting, and waiting for about 40 minutes, I was told they couldn't find the lug lock anywhere in my car. They said they searched the whole car. I could t get the tires on without it. I left and went to dodge, they couldn't help me, I continued to the shop in westminster that did my inspection. I thought maybe they had forgotten to put it back in my car. The manager there asked if I minded him searching my car. I allowed him to do so and within 5 minutes he came out with a very large clear box that contained my wheel locks. Apparently, the men at tread quarters didn't look very hard. They sent me on a wild goose chase. Anyhow, I back again today to finally get the tires on...needless to say I've been sitting here for 2 hours now and they are still not done. So I will have to say NOT quick, NOT efficient, at all!!!
